Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals in West Hartford, CT to help individuals develop daily living skills and achieve personal goals so they can live as independently as possible. You will monitor safety, provide personal care support, and offer emotional encouragement in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Starting wage is $20.16 per hour with daily pay option. No experience is required as Mosaic provides thorough training; must be at least 18 years old and may require a valid

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and activities.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals to live independently.
• Monitor comfort and safety and address medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep and laundry.
