Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Connecticut. You will help people learn daily living skills and activities to live as independently as possible, while providing emotional support and supervising safety and care needs.

Starting wage is $20.16 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over six months. We value reliability, communication, and a passion for helping others within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending.
• Lilingual or clear communication is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and activities.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals to live independently.
• Monitor comfort, safety, and care needs of people served.
• Assist with housekeeping, meals, and laundry while providing emotional support.
