Tucson Jewish Community Center, Incorporated is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Disability Program Services. This full-time role offers 30–35 hours/week, with a 8am–4pm schedule, Monday–Friday, at the Tucson J Adult Day Program.

The position supports individuals through person-centered plans and collaborative care with families and professionals. Applicants must be 18+, have a driver’s license, and obtain fingerprint clearance; first aid/CPR and Article 9 training are required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Driver’s license is required.
• Class One fingerprint clearance obtainable after hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required after hire.
• Article 9 training to be completed after hire.

Responsabilités

• Implement Person-Centered Service Plan goals.
• Ensure health and safety of participants.
• Communicate with parents and professionals.
• Develop aids, adaptations, and lesson plans.
• Collaborate with team.
• Administer medication.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist with documentation and data collection for contracts/licenses.
• Demonstrate strong communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
