Devereux is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at the Titusville Campus in Titusville, FL. This hands-on, mission-driven role provides care and behavioral support for children and adolescents facing emotional and developmental challenges.

You will work on 2nd or 3rd shifts, with weekend availability required, and participate in comprehensive on-the-job training. The position offers advancement opportunities, a two-week orientation, and benefits including PTO, sick time, low-cost

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings (drug test, physical, TB test).
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals).
• Help implement behavior support plans.
• Teach life, social, and communication skills.
• Respond to and de-escalate crisis situations.
• Maintain daily documentation.
• Transport to school, appointments, and community outings.
• Work closely with clinical treatment team.
