Options For All in Santa Clara County is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help adults with disabilities build independence and participate in their communities. This community-based role involves regular driving between locations and providing daily support aligned with each person’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.

• Complete documentation using basic mobile and computer systems.

This is a community-based role and includes regular driving between locations.

Qualifications

Experience

Previous experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, education, or volunteering is a plus, but not required.
