Qualifications

Job Location: US-NC-KANNAPOLIS

Salary: USD $14.00 - $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks.
• Foster positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support.
• Encourage self-help activities.
• Implement Individual Service Plan and Behavior Support Plan.
• Manage individuals’ behaviors by prevention or de-escalation of aggression.
• Keep accurate daily documentation of activities, fire/disaster drills, Behavior Support Plans, medications, goal and data tracking, and other documentation.
• Transport individuals to and from community activities and medical appointments.
• Transport clients or run errands for clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
