Qualifications

• Direct Support Professionals provide day-to-day assistance to adults with varying disabilities in our Rhode Island residential homes.
• Pay is $21.00 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus (50% paid at 6 months and 50% paid at 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support household tasks such as laundry, meals, shopping, and budgeting.
• Provide transportation for appointments and community activities.
• Administer medications according to residential guidelines.
• Document care and follow support plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.
