Seven Hills is seeking a Direct Support Professional I to deliver Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) in home and community settings for children ages 3 to 21. You will provide direct behavioral support, model skills, and report progress to clinical teams while collaborating with families and caregivers.

The role supports a part-time schedule with afternoons and evenings and requires a valid driver’s license. A compassionate, dependable, and leadership-minded candidate is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or D1; 3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication and data reporting with clinicians and coordinators.

Direct Support Professional I - HBTSPay: $24.00/hourSchedule: Monday through Thursday from 3 pm to 6pm and Saturday 3 hours of flex time availableHome-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) workers provide specialized intensive direct support services for children with a wide range of disabilities living at home. Working collaboratively with a licensed health care professional and family members, services are provided in the home and community in age-appropriate settings with the intent of developing social skills, communication, and positive behavior. Support the child and family by promoting individualized, person-centered, service delivery which meets all identified needs of the child and family. The professional provides assistance to the child with self-help and self-care as well as teaching of social and safety skills when applicable. Ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program.
