Job summary

Seven Hills seeks a Direct Support Professional I for Home-Based Therapeutic Services to provide targeted behavioral support to children ages 3 to 21 in their homes and community settings.

You will collaborate with licensed health care professionals and families, model positive behaviors, and collect progress notes to help tailor individualized plans; a valid driver’s license and compassionate, reliable approach are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET is required.
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D1, with 3 years of related experience.
• 3 years of related experience preferred or required as stated in posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals ages 3 to 21, including role modeling and training to parents and families.
• Support the child and family by promoting individualized, person-centered services meeting identified needs.
• Ongoing communication and data reporting to clinicians and coordinators regarding the approved program.

Direct Support Professional I - HBTSPay: $24.00/hourSchedule: Monday through Thursday from 4 pm to 7:30 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pmHome-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) workers provide specialized intensive direct support services for children with a wide range of disabilities living at home. Working collaboratively with a licensed health care professional and family members, services are provided in the home and community in age-appropriate settings with the intent of developing social skills, communication, and positive behavior.
