Job summary

Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is a Residential Care Facility setting dedicated to empowering individuals with mental health and disability needs.

This role focuses on building personalized goals, teaching skills, and promoting community participation while following approved behavioral plans. You will document interventions and responses with care, work closely with the team, and support individuals in safely reaching their goals in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Mission-oriented caregiving
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Strong communication abilities
• Confidence balancing advocacy and following leadership
• Age 18+ for RCF
• Driver’s license for transport
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Goal development with supervisors to tailor skills, independence, and community participation
• Behavioral and rights-based support using approved strategies
• Accurate documentation of services, interventions, and responses in Setworks
• Direct care, safety, advocacy and promoting individual independence
• Scheduling, attendance, coverage, and adherence to agency policies and trainings
