Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with participants and encourage community involvement.
• Encourage participants to pursue personal goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
