Easter Seals of Tennessee is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities learn, work and play in their communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Support individuals in the community and facilitate community involvement.
• Assist with therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.
