Job summary

Easter Seals TN is seeking compassionate DSPs to help people with disabilities learn, work and participate in their communities. The role is based in person-supported homes and involves caregiving, daily activities, meals, hygiene, and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Support individuals in the community and in person-supported homes.
• Assist with therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.
• Help participants learn, work and play in their communities.
