Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities learn, work and participate in daily life at their supported homes. You will assist with daily activities, medication administration, and community involvement, contributing to meaningful outcomes for those we serve.

We provide a starting wage of $15 per hour with benefits including health insurance, life and disability coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan, PTO, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Assist individuals in the community and support therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.
