Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Vineland, NJ program. Join a dedicated team to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve daily living skills and independence.

No experience required; paid training provided. Must have a valid driver’s license and a High School diploma or GED. Pay rate is $18.13 per hour. Benefits include DailyPay, retirement options, EAP, and well-being resources.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities to improve independence.
• Mentor, encourage, and coach residents to reach their goals.
• Help with housekeeping and laundry to support daily routines.
• Follow procedures under supervision of the House Manager and report on progress.
