You will help residents live more independently and participate in daily activities with compassionate care.

No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. This on-site role offers benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement through the LEAP

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to physical aggression.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy for individuals with disabilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide Support & Care: Encourage and guide individuals to meet goals per person-centered plans.
• Foster a Safe Environment: Maintain a respectful, safe home setting and uphold residents' rights.
• Meal Prep & Housekeeping: Prepare meals per dietary needs and assist with laundry and cleaning.
• Transportation & Advocacy: Transport to appointments and advocate for residents.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed and verify dosages.
• 24/7 Availability: Be awake and accessible in homes requiring around-the-clock care.
• Supervise Daily Activities: Support personal care, life skills, and social activities.
