Responsibilities

• Provide supports with Activities of Daily Living, including personal cares.
• Support in transportation to various appointments and activities.
• Attend medical appointments and relay necessary information.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment.
• Complete household responsibilities such as laundry and meal preparation.
• Teach and reinforce valuable life skills.
• Provide companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care to ensure continuity of support.
