Dungarvin in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered supports to people with intellectual or developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, and community engagement while documenting progress.

The position offers $18.50/hr starting pay, varied schedules (some weekends/holidays), and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, plus training, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, and community activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Promote independence and life skills development.
• Document progress and ISPs, and communicate changes to supervisors.
