Job summary

3M’s Services LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide residential support to individuals with I/DD and mental health needs in North Carolina. You will assist members with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, supportive home environment.

As a Group Home DSP, you will complete daily notes, coordinate with supervisors, and help members engage with community activities and appointments while maintaining a clean, organized home and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals with IDD or in residential care preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and medications administration certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care: assist with personal hygiene, grooming, meals, and daily routines.
• Medication Administration: administer medications as trained and authorized.
• Member Safety: provide supervision and maintain a safe home environment.
• Household Responsibilities: complete shift duties including cleaning and laundry.
