Wall Residences, Inc. in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our group homes.

We have part-time, PRN, and full-time DSP positions with afternoons and every other weekend shifts, offering an opportunity to make a real difference while earning a living. DSPs assist residents with daily tasks, transportation, personal care, and advocacy for medical appointments, while maintaining accurate notes and quality records.

Wall Residences seeks part-time, prn, and full-time, experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)for our group homes in the Fredericksburg, VA area. Shifts include full-time afternoons and every other weekend.

DUTIES OF POSITION:

Direct Support Professionals will assist individuals with domestic tasks such as laundry, cleaning, meal planning, cooking, and organizing. DSP's will also help individuals enrich their own lives through exploring volunteer opportunities, support personal care needs, providing transportation and any needed advocacy for medical/dental appointments, and assisting with medication administration. Successful candidates are detail oriented and able keep accurate notes to ensure continuity of quality care. Hiring is dependent on references, an active driver's license with a good driving record, and an acceptable criminal background check.
