RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Greensboro, NC. The role provides community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges.

You will help individuals communicate needs and participate in goals outlined in their Centered Plans, under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with health and safety, documentation, data collection, and collaborating with the team to support

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Criminal background checks including OIG, Child Abuse Registry and other verifications as required.

Relies on direction and supervision to accomplish the job.We are hiring Direct Support Professionals in Greensboro, NCDirect Support Professional: Provides support for individuals and/or groups of persons with disabilities in the community. Assists the person(s) receiving services in identifying and communicating his or her requests and needs for services and supports.Pay rate: $15.00/hourlyBase pay set by facility. Additional pay bonuses and differentials for specific locations and shifts.Schedule: Shifts and schedules may vary by location and typically a variety of shifts are available.
