A 73-year-old female in the Chittenango area is looking for a Direct Support Professional to assist her with activities in the community and identifying safety skills.

She enjoys meeting new people, participating in fun, interactive activities and getting out into the community more often. She enjoys coloring, bingo, the library, seeing movies and shopping.

The ideal candidate is creative and engaging, active and patient, and willing to travel to different locations in the community. The ideal candidate must be open to helping her explore new activities and interests, as well as helping her feel more comfortable while out in the community.

This is a part-time position, but additional hours are available with other people receiving services. at the agency.

Hours and days of work

Tuesdays and Thursdays; 10am-TBD; *Session cannot be more than 6 hours due to living in an IRA*

Starting pay

Starting pay is $19.25/hour and increases with years of relevant experience.
