Job summary

enCircle is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Roanoke, VA team. This full-time, entry-level role offers paid training, benefits for those working over 30 hours per week, and a supportive team focused on helping individuals with disabilities live their healthiest, most independent lives.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, health, safety and wellbeing, and helping clients engage in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED or six months of experience in the Human Services field required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass paid training in CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
