Job summary

EnCircle in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This entry-level hourly role offers paid training and no prior experience required, with a supportive team to help you succeed.

As a DSP, you will assist individuals with daily activities and support their health, safety, and wellbeing to promote community engagement. Weekend, evenings, and overnight hours are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to pass our paid training in CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
• Must be compassionate and caring.
• Weekend, evenings, and overnight hours available.
