Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required prior to conditional offer.
• Must enroll in Nurse Delegation study course within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to participants, promote community integration and safety.
• Assist with daily living needs, medication supervision and documentation.
• Transport participants and coordinate community activities.
• Develop and implement IISP plans with supervision and staff meetings.
• Maintain professional relationships with families and other staff.
