As a Direct Support Professional, this full-time role offers starting pay of $18.65 per hour, comprehensive benefits, on-demand pay, paid time off, and pathways for promotion from within.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• HS diploma or GED or 5 years caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Able to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills like cooking, hygiene, and budgeting
• Help with meal preparation and personal care
• Administer medications after completing required training and certification
• Join individuals for community outings, appointments, and activities
• Follow each person's support plan and keep accurate notes
• Build trusting relationships and celebrate each person's progress
