Qualifications

• Desire to help others and serve people with daily living skills.
• No formal education or prior experience required; full training provided.
• Must be at least 19 years old and have a valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and safely handle transfers up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing daily living skills and activities to promote independence.
• Help individuals identify goals and support them in achieving them.
• Monitor safety, comfort, nutrition, and personal care needs of those served.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
