Job summary

Alora Supports is seeking a caring Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one support to an adult in Fremont, Nebraska. This part-time role offers approximately 11.5 hours per week with a consistent schedule.

You will work closely with the individual to promote independence and well-being, following a person-centered plan and receiving paid training for required certifications. Scheduled times include Sunday 3:00 PM–5:00 PM, Monday 4:00 PM–5:00 PM, Tuesday 2:00 PM–5:00 PM, Wednesday 4:00

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and dependable with a commitment to person-centered support.
• Experience in IDD, special needs, caregiving, DSP work, or behavioral health is preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide one-on-one support in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one direct support to an adult in Fremont, NE.

Schedule

• Sunday: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

• Monday: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM

The schedule may occasionally vary based on the individual’s needs.

Required Certifications

• Medication Aide
• CPR and First Aid
• MANDT
