Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver in Indiana to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible. The role involves providing direct support, instruction, and assistance, promoting safety, dignity, and personal growth.

You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, and household tasks, while documenting progress and maintaining compassionate, respectful care.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport people served.
• Dependable, compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Basic communication, computer, and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass required background clearance.
