Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Beaver County, PA. Earn up to $18.00/hour with Enhanced Pay option and 3rd shift availability. No experience required — we provide paid training and opportunities to support individuals with developmental or behavioral health needs.

As a DSP, you will deliver direct care, assist with ADLs, personal care, and mobility, and help with life skills. Flexible schedules and benefits are offered, with a strong focus on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• No experience required – paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support and transportation.
• Promote health, safety and well-being, including medication support as trained.
• Complete required documentation, progress notes and service logs.
