Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work in Beaver County, PA (Coraopolis area). Earn up to $18.00/hour with an Enhanced Pay option. No experience is required as paid training is provided.

Shifts include 1st shift, and duties involve direct care in community and residential settings. As a DSP, you’ll assist with ADLs, personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and life skills development while supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• No experience required – we provide paid training!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
