Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to physically assist individuals.
• Good communication skills and high energy to support activities.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Follow ISP and clinical recommendations to ensure safety.
• Assist with daily activities and redirect challenging behavior when needed.
• Maintain a respectful, supportive environment for clients.
