Integrity Supported Living, LLC is seeking dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Supported Living team in Spokane County, Washington. You will help adults with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible, supporting health, safety, choices, and participation in the community.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules with Swing Shift 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and Day Shift 7:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Washington State 75-hour Long-Term Care Worker training completed.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain professional boundaries.
• Experience in supported living or direct-care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living skills and personal routines.
• Assist with meals, household activities, shopping, and community outings.
• Help with personal care and medication assistance within training.
• Document accurately in electronic systems and report changes promptly.
• Provide transportation and support community participation.
• Follow Individual Support Plans and safety policies.
