Job summary

Options For All is hiring a Direct Support Professional to help adults with disabilities build independence and participate in their communities. The role focuses on dignity, inclusion, and meaningful activities in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

You will work closely with individuals, families, and community partners to plan and execute goals, ensuring health and safety in a community setting with regular travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Background check required.
• Experience in caregiving, social work, life skills coaching, education, or volunteering is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities, personal goals, and life skills.
• Encourage independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Plan meaningful and engaging activities based on each person’s goals and interests.
• Help individuals connect with their communities through work, volunteer, and social opportunities.
• Follow health and safety practices to provide high-quality support.
• Complete documentation using basic mobile and computer systems.
• This is a community-based role and includes regular driving between locations.
