Community Services Group is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities at home, work, and in the community. You will build relationships, support daily living activities, and promote independence with a dedicated team.

Role includes driving to assignments, flexible hours, and participation in ongoing training. The organization emphasizes dignity, safety, and community integration, with opportunities for skill development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to assist and support individuals in the community while respecting dignity and rights.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals.
• Willing and able to travel to and work in assigned community homes.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with individuals to promote emotional, physical and personal well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, and dressing.
• Support community integration and independence through community resources.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and other service staff.
