Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, provides community-based supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Direct Support Professional in Morris Plains, NJ, offering on-demand pay and a flexible schedule to help participants live well.

You’ll be part of a mission-driven team, building meaningful relationships and supporting personal goals while adhering to safety and care standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver's license with 1 year driving experience.
