Community Resources for Independence, Inc. (CRI) is hiring Direct Support Professionals and Personal Care Assistants in the Williamsport area to empower individuals to live more independently with dignity.

As a DSP or PCA, you’ll support clients with daily tasks, accompany them on walks and community activities, and help with appointments while maintaining safety and respect. CRI offers flexible schedules, paid training, mentorship, and benefits, with overtime, bonuses, and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Must pass background checks and clearances.
• Availability to work every other weekend, on holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks.
• Get paid to join clients on walks and community activities.
• Attend appointments, shopping, or other errands with clients.
• Help empower people to live independently and be part of the community.
• Support IDD clients in reaching goals outlined in their Service Plan.
• Facilitate community integration, social engagement, and skill-building with clients.
• Encourage independence, dignity, and daily living choices.
• Accompany clients to appointments when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to share progress insights.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment through light housekeeping.
