Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work statewide in New Jersey. We offer full-time, part-time, and weekend positions with pay ranging from $17 to $24 per hour.

The role includes assisting adults with developmental disabilities, helping them participate in community activities, and supporting personal development. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a caring attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior experience in the field is preferred, but paid training is offered.
• Flexible full-time or part-time availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help individual and support positive relationships with people in their community.
