Job summary

Full-time positions may include evenings, overnights, days and weekends across Erie and Niagara counties, with a regional office in Amherst.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to connect with adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks and mobility as needed.
• Experience as Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively and engage with adults during meals and daily routines.
• Support personal relationships with friends and family and facilitate social activities.
• Assist with personal care, monitor health, and document notes accurately.
• Provide safe transportation for clients using agency vehicles.
• Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a positive, safe work environment.
