Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene tasks.
• Monitor health needs and notify supervisor of any issues.
• Assist in meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Plan and participate in community outings.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Assist in developing positive behavior supports.
• Participate in implementation of individual treatment plans.
• Provide Lift and Transfer assistance.
