Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Provide direct support services as per Individual Support Plan.
• Encourage independence according to habilitation plans.
