RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional in Albemarle, NC. The role supports individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges in the community, helping them achieve personal goals through center plans.

Base pay is $15.00 per hour with location-based bonuses and differentials. Shifts vary; benefits include Payactiv, PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.

Qualificações

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers’ license.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs and pull 50 lbs.
• CPR proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Assist with People Supported Development.
• Assist with Person Supported Community Life.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.

Conhecimentos
