Job summary

Ahlhealthcaregroup in Minnesota is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our At Home Living program in Afton. This part-time role supports adults with disabilities in 4-bedroom homes, focusing on daily living activities and companionship.

Shifts 8am-2pm or 2pm-10pm; every other weekend required; $18.00/hour; benefits include health, dental, vision, and more. Must pass MN DHS background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Pass a MN DHS Background Study
• Available to work every other weekend
• Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record

Responsibilities

• Cooking and cleaning
• Activities of the daily living
• Medication administration & documentation
• Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
• Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
• Making a difference in the lives of others
