Kaleidoscope Family Solutions Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with brain injuries, disabilities, and mental health in Natick, MA. You will provide in-home support, help with daily activities, and promote community engagement.

The role offers flexible hours between 8 AM and 4 PM on weekdays, a $19–$23 hourly pay range based on experience, mileage reimbursement, and a sign-on bonus. Training may occur during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 2+ years of relevant community-based experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a suitable vehicle.
• Background check and health screening required; CPR/First Aid may be obtained during onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one in-home services to individuals.
• Support daily activities at home and in the community to build skills and confidence.
• Assist with errands, appointments, transportation, and companionship.
• Collaborate with individuals to implement support strategies aligned with goals.
• Assist with housing applications and government assistance programs.
• Help with budgeting and daily household management.
• Submit accurate daily progress notes to track growth and development.
