Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently in a compassionate, reliable team environment.

This role offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, growth opportunities, and a $1,000 signing bonus based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks.
• Experience with disabilities is not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities
