Abound Health in Bolivia, NC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Starting pay: $16–$17 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus. Flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), weekly pay, paid onboarding & training, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with community participation, employment, and social activities
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication
• Monitor health and safety and maintain a supportive environment
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
