Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey.

DSPs will provide one‑on‑one hands‑on support, follow each client’s ISP, and help with daily living activities in home and community settings. Flexibility and reliability are valued as you join a supportive, DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated caregiver with a desire to help others.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on, in‑home and community support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation per each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with individuals supported.
