Indera seeks a dedicated Direct Support Professional to work with a social young man, helping him build independent living skills such as money management, budgeting, cooking, and household routines. You will foster his independence and provide supportive guidance in daily tasks.

In this role you will accompany him to social, recreational, and physical fitness activities in the community, encourage participation, and model reliable, enthusiastic, and creative engagement.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at job site.
• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera's technology policy.

Responsabilidades

• Help the client learn and strengthen independent living skills (money and household management).
• Accompany the client to social, recreational, and physical fitness activities in the community.
• Support daily routines, independence goals, and community participation.
• Collaborate with family to plan and adjust activities as needed.
