Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across the state.

DSPs provide hands-on support, follow ISP, and work one-on-one in home and community settings, with flexible hours and the chance to build meaningful relationships.

This role offers hourly pay of $18–$24, consistent shifts and opportunities to grow within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and meal preparation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
