Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Acceptable Background Character Verification.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for consumer transport.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with self-care tasks (dressing, bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Medication administration and meal planning/prep.
• Transport consumers to activities and appointments.
• Follow individual service plans and perform other assigned duties.
